Shipping policy

Warehouse Locations

Our warehouses are located in Los Angeles and New York, USA.

Customers outside the United States, please contact us (email: sales@acrtmatic.com) before placing an order to confirm the feasibility and cost of international shipping.


1. Distribution Area

We currently only support delivery within the United States, including all 50 states and related areas. Some remote areas may not be able to deliver, please see the checkout page for details.

2. Processing Time

    Order Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after receipt. Customized items may take longer to process, please refer to the item page for instructions.
    Weekends and Holidays: If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

    Standard Shipping: Typically, standard shipping takes 2-4 business days in the Western U.S., 3-5 days in the Central U.S. and 4-7 days in the Eastern U.S.
   TV cover and stand are delivered separately

5. Tracking Information

After all orders are shipped, we will provide you with a waybill number and tracking link so you can check the delivery status of your order at any time. We will send updated tracking information via email or SMS.


6. Shipping Method

All items 65 inches or smaller are shipped via FedEx.
Items larger than 75 inches are shipped via CEVA or Polot.
