a) 30-Day Hassle-Free Return
Products must be in good condition and in their original packaging. If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact customer service immediately for a replacement. (See details below)

Original packaging sealed intact
All accessories complete
Full refund, including tax
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
b) Opened but Unused Products
No signs of use
All accessories complete
Full refund, including tax
2. Exchange Service
a) If an exchange is needed due to product quality issues, AcrtMatic will cover the round-trip shipping costs.
b) For any damaged products, please contact sale@acrtmatic.com and provide photos of the damage. We will resend a complete product (at no extra cost). You can also choose a full refund (including taxes).
III. Refund Information
Refund Processing
a) We will initiate a refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
b) Credit card/debit card refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Actual arrival time depends on the issuing bank. Customers are advised to contact their bank for details.
IV. Responsibilities and Important Notes

(except in cases where a quality defect is confirmed).
b) Exchanges or warranty returns: Shipping costs are covered by AcrtMatic.

b) Please ensure all accessories, manuals, and documents are included in the return package.
