Acrtmatic Limited Product Warranty:

Acrylic front cover (cover plate/panel/window) is covered by a six-month limited warranty under normal use, which includes cracking or breaking. This warranty does not cover any scratches or damage caused by misuse or abnormal use; it only covers fading, cracking, yellowing, or breaking of the acrylic front cover.

1. Warranty Period

We provide a clear warranty period, typically one year (applicable to Amazon purchases), and two years for orders purchased through our website. The warranty period begins from the date the warranty card is submitted.

2. Warranty Content

Free Repair: During the warranty period, if the product fails due to manufacturing defects or quality problems, the manufacturer will provide free repair service.

Free Replacement: Terms of Repair or Replacement: The conditions applicable to the warranty service usually require that the product malfunctions under normal use, except for human damage or improper use.

3. Conditions not covered by the warranty
