Will the transparent panel of the outdoor TV cabinet block the signal from the TV remote control?
No.
Our outdoor TV cabinet uses a high-transparency transparent panel (weather-resistant acrylic), which has almost no effect on infrared remote control signals. Under normal use, you can smoothly switch channels, adjust the volume, and operate the TV menu without opening the cabinet door.
Please note:
The signal will be transmitted stably as long as the remote control is pointed directly at the TV's receiving area.
Keeping the panel clean will ensure optimal remote control sensitivity.
This design ensures clear viewing while also providing rainproof, dustproof, and protective performance.
Can the Enclosure withstand extreme weather conditions?
Yes, the enclosure is designed for harsh weather conditions and can perfectly protect televisions and monitors in both extremely cold (Minnesota) and extremely hot (Texas) climates.
What is a double sliding door?
Unique sliding door design, capable of sliding both left and right, featuring bidirectional sliding.
Do these fans have a thermostat or an automatic shut-off function?
All fans require a power supply to operate; they can be plugged into a TV or a power outlet.
What's the difference between the basic version, pro and ultra
To avoid spending extra money on unnecessary accessories, we offer three versions: Basic, Pro, and Ultra.
Basic Version includes: One weatherproof enclosure.
Pro Version includes: One weatherproof enclosure, wall-mount bracket (valued at $99 USD).
Ultra Version includes: One weatherproof enclosure, wall-mount bracket, fans (28-55“ enclosures include 2 fans; 65-85” enclosures include 4 fans).
Does the TV casing affect the sound quality?
There will be no noticeable impact. Outdoor TV enclosures are designed with ventilation holes and acoustic openings to ensure sound can be emitted normally. During regular viewing, you will still be able to hear the TV audio clearly. If you have higher audio requirements, you can also connect external Bluetooth speakers or outdoor speakers to enhance your viewing experience.
How long does it take to ship? What is the shipping duration?
Same-day shipping available. Orders placed after midnight will ship the following day. Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days to the U.S. West Coast, 3-5 days to the Midwest, and 4-7 days to the East Coast. Delivery within the U.S. takes no more than 8 days, including remote areas.
If the weatherproof tv box can be used with a tv mount that hangs from the ceiling?
Yes, we have the majority of suspended ceiling users, which is an inspiration to us.
How much of a discount can I get?
We offer a base discount of 5%. For military personnel, teachers, students, or orders of two or more items, please contact us for additional discounts.
Why do the prices on the official website differ from those on Amazon?
